Notice on Service Suspension of Tax-Free Air Line in EU&US & Tax-Free Air Preferential Line in EU&US
Dear users,
Upon urgent notice from the logistics provider, it will suspend collecting cargo shipped via the Tax-Free Air Line in EU&US and Tax-Free Air Preferential Line in EU&US as the Service is suspended. Given this, our platform will suspend this line starting Nov 6. We are in active communication and negotiation with the logistics provider and will get the line back on our platform immediately once it is available again (the specific time will be subject to further notice). Parcels sent successfully before Nov 6 will not be affected, which Fatobuy will follow up more closely. You can still send parcels via other lines like EU & US Duty-Free Preferential Air Cargo-B&EU DHL Tax-Free Air Cargo on our platform.
